3. Must meet income requirements of 3x the monthly rental amount and be able to produce proof of income

4. Must have 600 credit score or higher, stable employment and good references.


5. No smoking or vaping on the property.


6. No animals on the property

7. No home business where customers/ Clients come to the property.

Credit/Background/Eviction verification Fee: approximately $45 (per applicant over 18)
